Medical Malpractice
Thursday, February 19th, 2009
When we visit our doctors, we expect to receive the best care available. Most of the healthcare providers in Florida are well educated with extensive training that allows them to handle the toughest of cases. Florida boasts some of the best hospitals in our country. Advanced technology makes these physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals able to provide outstanding care to their patients.
- Surgical errors
- Late diagnosis or failure to diagnose a condition
- Hospital and ER negligence
- Anesthesia or medication errors
- Birth injuries
All of these negligent situations can lead to permanent injury or even death. While it is important that serious medical malpractice cases be pursued, our firm will refuse to participate in frivolous lawsuits that disrupt the work of our medical community. We hope that our work on medical malpractice lawsuits will not only protect the rights of patients, but help improve our medical system.
